I paid the $5 for the pdf version, but I don’t see the pdf anywhere. Does it get e-mailed to me?
Same issue as Michael – payment processed and cleared, but no access to the PDF purchased. Also, there’s been no response from any of the email addresses provided as part of the transaction process.
I do hope someone will clarify the situation, because I won’t buy the PDF before. But I want to get it!
